Noise Cntrol Enclosures

David,

We like the combination of flexible and metal panels for Noise Control Enclosures too. For large areas that don't get alot of wear we go with ArtWrap baffles or Acousti Curtains. Noise control in the plastic grinding area was pretty straight foward because the primary sources were easy to enclose. The production and molding areas will be treated as general areas rather tha source enclosures.

  1. Less Noise,
We are working on an industrial noise enclosure project. We have several areas of concern. The areas we will need to treat or supply materials for on this project range from indoor dust collectors for enamel paint chips to exterior noise that is effecting the surrounding community. The source on the exterior is a back up generator, chillers and sever roof top exhuast fans. I like the ArtVinyl-Silent Protector Sound Wall for exterior applications. We have used this system in many states and climates. The Sound Wall we installed on Mt. Washington exposed to some severe temperature changes and the Silent Protector Wall is called The Great Wall of Mt. Washington by the locals because it blocks and absorbs thenoise from heat exchanges that warm the inddor pool at the Red Jacket Resort. The other ideas we have for the fans is a roof top mount Silent Protector that is light weight and easily attached to structures. We will post some pictures soon for you to see the installation. On another note we have looked at the ArtUSA Alumi-Frame Metal Enclosures for the grinder and the ArtCurtains for the dust collector. All of the products you have to offer are very effective and the engineering, installation and support are better then any other Manufacturer we have used in the past. We look forward to using more of your products to make the world a more pleasant place!
